Early June, I was selected to be among participants of the MIT Global Startup Labs Africa Program. This is a collaboration program between Makerere University and MIT in Uganda. The program opened up opportunities to train student entrepreneurs with skills necessary to run a tech startup using the MIT Business framework.
Student teams were expected to come up with an Agritech startup over the summer that would help address some of the agricultural problems facing farmers in Uganda. Let’s see the recap of my experience during the program.
